Paper machine clothing is a consumable, mission-critical component of any paper machine and has a significant impact on the quality of the paper and the efficiency of a paper machine, its production rates, and its overall cost of operation. Albany is the technology leader in the space, designing and producing solution-based, custom-designed belts critical for the efficient formation, dewatering and transport of the paper sheet through the harsh environment of a paper machine.
Additionally, the MC business designs and produces custom-designed belts, known as Engineered Fabrics, to provide tailored solutions that address the varied production challenges of process industries outside of papermaking such as nonwovens, corrugators, building products.
